Fukuoka had become a war zone, Spacegodzilla had returned with new power and strength and seemed to have the advantage at first, but during his battle with Super Godzilla, an unexpected turn of events had left all in awe. The galactic menace, Grand King Ghidorah, had learned that he was nothing compared to these two, this discovery lead the monster down a dark road as he took on the powers of the Dogora and G-Cells to become an unthinkable force of otherworldly force. Know he was a god of terror, Lord Ghidorah.

The god of terror hovered in the sky, silent, still, radiating with new power. No monster, machine, or man could move from seeing the spectacle that had just taken place. The silence broke when SpaceG decided he was through with surprises and launched himself at the god. Lord Ghidorah looked down at the space monster as he kept his calm demeanor. Then his middle head began forming a small ball of energy at the end of his head. The ball than became a massive beam of raw graviton energy. SpaceG took the blast at first with his shield, but the shield immediately shattered and blasted SpageG back, far  outside the battlefield.

SpaceG was already down and the god of terror barley hesitated, it was clear Lord Ghidorah was on a whole different level than the other monsters. At this point Super Godzilla raored, declaring war between the god. The monster king swung his tail and fired a scattershot at Ghidorah. However the spheres dissipated upon impact, doing no damage. SuperG then fired a crimson spiral ray, leaving a large hole in the gods wing. However the damage didn't last as the wing retained its shape within seconds. The Dogora's powers, know being referred to as D-Cells, were making it difficult to do deal any real damage. SuperG then attempted to go head on, only for the god of terror to fire another graviton beam, smashing SuperG into the ground. At this point, Rodan and Anguirus leapt into the battle, trying the stop the god. The two were halted in place and lifted up as Ghidorah demonstrated his newest ability in the art of gravity. Ghidorah threw the two into each other and chucked them out of the battle. JJ attempted to fight back only to be thrown high into the air and brought back down extremely fast, smashing into the ground. Battra was next as the black moth began shooting down bolts, only to be blasted back by a graviton beam. Mothra flew down and fired off an armor heat laser that pierced the body of the god, only to be healed again. Ghidorah fired his graviton beam, only for it to be blocked by Mothra's mirror. The moth attempted to throw back the gods own power, but it wasn't working, the attack did not cease and Mothra took the attack, blasting back the moth. However, Mothra did not back down and flew again, sailing past the god. Turning, Mothra used the Transcending Fate to deal a finishing blow and shot right threw the god. Ghidorah's body began to crystalize in midair, but this only lasted for a few seconds as his body began to repair itself. Mothra turned for another assault, only to be held in midair. Ghidorah began using his gravity power crush the moth in place, forcing more and more pressure onto the armored moth. However the attack was stopped when the gods middle head was blown off from a distant beam.

Ghidorah hung in the air from the floating crystals attack as his middle head began to repair itself. SpaceG rose out of the dirt, shouting with crazed anger in his eyes. A swarm of crystals began shooting about as they circled the god of terror. The crystal sultan began blasting the monster with his and the crystals corona beams, super corona beam and energy bolts from the planetoid. A rain of fury pelted Ghidorah as the god was being torn apart from the onslaught. As the attack ceased, Ghidorah's shredded body hung in the ari, floating about. Suddenly, the pieces began to fly back together, reforming Ghidorah, as if the attack never happened. The god of terrors body glowed as he let out wide spread energy pulse that shattered buildings and broke the ground. The attack obliterated every floating crystal and sent back SpaceG again. As the SpaceG rose again, the space monster roared with great power as the battlefield shook. The planetoid above Earth began to glow and surge with energy. Lightning began striking the core of the crater as a large sphere of energy began to form. The sphere blasted out as monumental bolt shot down onto Fukuoka. As Ghidorah looked up, the giant blast struck him, causing him to vanish in the attacks light. As all of Fukuoka shook, SpaceG roared louder as the blast continued. When it was all over, Ghidorah was no were to be seen. It seemed as if SpaceG had won. Before the space monster could do anything, a flurry of glittering ashes filled the area, forming together in the center above the small crater left by the giant beam. The particles fused together to reform Ghidorah as if he had never been hit. No matter what was thrown at him, the god of terror simply couldn't be injured. SpaceG floated silently in the air with his mouth hanging open in disbelief, that blast was his strongest attack and Ghidorah brushed it off like nothing had ever happened. Ghidorah turned upward, bring his three heads together and formed a ball of energy between the three. With thunderous force, a tremendous hyper graviton beam shot up into the sky, shooting higher and higher until finally striking SpaceG's planetoid. As the attack continued, the beam began pushing back the planetoid, sending it far outside of Earth's orbit. Finally, the beam burrowed straight through the planetoid, carving a giant hole through the world. As it hung is space for a few moments, the planetoid erupted and exploded with great light and force. With the planetoid obliterated, Ghidorah decided he had enough of the monsters persistence and brought his three heads together and formed a single ball of energy between the three. As the ball grew in size, SpaceG hovered still in shock, realizing he had lost this battle. Ghidorah then shot out a thunderous hyper graviton beam that smashed into SpaceG, shattering his armor as he was projected by the beam back all the way to Nakagawa. All that could be heard from SpaceG was his roar of great pain as the space monster was carried off by the beam.

Spagegodzilla had lost the battle, as Lord Ghidorah howled with victory. Suddenly a second roar could be heard from behind, revealing to be Super Godzilla, back on his feet. SuperG roared again as he charged, only to be pushed back by an energy pulse as the god moved in closer. SuperG began using his magnetism to float wreckage and broken buildings about, forming a crude shield that Ghidorah pierced through with triple graviton beams. SuperG fired off a crimson spiral ray that severed the gods three heads, only to have them reattach within seconds. SuperG charged again energizing himself, only to be halted in place and brought up into air. Ghidorah fired all three heads beams, blasting the monster king in mid air before slamming the saurian into the ground. SuperG simply stood again, giving off a bitter and angry look, showing he was not done. SuperG lifted his claws up as a swirl of white energy began to flow into the Nova Core. As the ground and sky shook, SuperG unleashed the Nova Blast, burning the god of terror to cinders. As the blasts light faded, Ghidorah seemed to be atomized, however the same gleaming ashes appeared from everywhere again at once, reforming into the god of terror. SuperG's most powerful attack simply wasn't enough to end the fight. Ghidorah brought this three head together agian and formed another ball of light. SuperG was spent, he had used up all of his strength in that one blast. Lord Ghidorah sent SuperG flying back with his hyper graviton beam. SuperG flew back through many buildings before finally stopping, lying in a pile of smoke and rubble. As hard to believe as it was, Super Godzilla had been defeated by Lord Ghidorah.

Ghidorah brought his three heads together again to finish off his former foe once and for all, the monster Anguirus rose up, shaking off dirt to see the god prepare to end the saurian. Anguirus stood still for a moment before closing his eyes and charging forth. As the ball of energy grew, the armored saurian ran as fast as he could giving off a loud roar. Ghidorah unleashed the hyper graviton beam as it closed in on SuperG with Anguirus lunging directly into the path of the beam. Silence filled the air as a large explosion filled the area. As SuperG awoke, there he saw laying in front of him was Anguirus. As the monster king stood he walked closer to his ally and attempted to get him up. That was when he realized the armored dinosaur could no longer stand. Anguirus was gone.

Super Godzilla stood still for a moment until falling to his knees and letting out a long, loud and sad roar over the loss of his closest ally. The other monsters stood silent as the roar echoed throughout all of Japan. Even the EDF and Elias stood in shock at what had happened.

Ghidorah stood still for a moment as he flew up into the clouds and opened his wings wide as they began to glow. Suddenly scans were going off as a strange energy was effecting the planet. Ghidorah had apparently inherited Dogora's ability to drain worlds, but it was not minerals Ghidorah was aborbing, it was energy, energy from the planet. Ghidorah seemed to be slowly draining Earth's core of energy and feeding on it to make him more powerful. Earth was in trouble and nothing seemed possible to stop Ghidorah. However Gordon had something that might stop the monster, a toxin filled rocket, much like the one that was used to kill the Dogora. Gordon fortunately had one of these on the Gotengo, ready to go in case a second Dogora should ever appear on Earth. With that, the rocket was launched from the battleship and struck the god of terror. As a toxic mist filled the air around him, Ghidorah's side began to solidify. The plan seemed to be working until the solidification stopped suddenly. Ghidorah's frozen side than separated from the god as it fell and turned to dust as Ghidorah soon healed and replaced the side removed from him. Godzilla's cells stopped the toxins from spreading and Ghidorah continued to hang in the area, gathering energy. Now nothing seemed to stop him.

The Elias were puzzled though, Godzilla possessed the Nova Core, the power of the universe itself. Ghidorah may have become a powerful, but the fact was Godzilla should have far more power than this. That could only mean one thing, Godzilla had not fully tapped into the power of the Nova Core. Godzilla possibly didn't have enough strength to accomplish this and only managed to tap into a small fragment of the cores strength. The Gotengo crew agreed that Godzilla needed more power, just enough to break through the limit and unlock the full potential of the core, but how. The Elias sent a signal to Godzilla telling him this. As Godzilla picked his head up, he looked off and stood. As he began walking off, he looked one last time at the friend who had saved his life. Walking off, the Elias said that Godzilla seemed to have a plan to get more power. That's when the crew saw the saurian heading for Nakagawa, he was heading for Spacegodzilla.

Stepping into the city, SuperG looked down and saw the beaten and broken body of SpaceG. Despite all the pain he had taken, he was still alive, but just barely. As the space monster turned his head, the two Gojirans starred at each other for a moment. SpaceG seemed to be reading the mind of his old foe as he soon learned what Godzilla was up to. He was going to use SpaceG's power to unlock the Nova Core. The last time SpaceG's power was absorbed, it did no end well, of course that is what Godzilla was hoping for. He planned on using that might to unlock the core. SpaceG stared at the sky for a moment before he have his answer. He would allow Godzilla to use every ounce of strength he had left. He was going to die no matter what happened anyway and this way he would still get the last laugh. However, he asked for one thing in return from the monster king, to kill Ghidorah. Godzilla agreed.

Godzilla bent down and placed his claw on the busted core on SpaceG's chest as he shattered it in his claw. SpaceG's power poured out in great force as the monster king began absorbing it. SpaceG's body began to radiate as he unleashed more and more energy. As Godzilla absorbed the power, the Nova Core began to glow as a great white aura surrounded the two Gojirans.  The ground beneath began shaking as the aura grew. Godzilla growled, he still needed more power. Suddenly a great beam of light appeared from behind and began energizing Godzilla through his back plates. Mothra had gotten back up and was giving Godzilla his energy too. Than Battra joined in and fired off his energy into Godzilla as well. Just than the four EDF battleships appeared and used their masers to power Godzilla up as well. JJ and Rodan stood together as they watched the spectacle unfold before them. Even Gigan and Orgalon X were watching in amazement. As the aura grew brighter, Godzilla and SpaceG both let out defining roars as the light blinding light began to overtake them both. Finally, the light shined so bright that it overtook the entire planet, then the solar system, then the galaxy and then out into the universe. Slowly, the light faded away to only a single, large ball of light that surround the area were Godzilla stood. the light began to shrink to form a single floating being. As the monsters and EDF watched, the glowing being descended to the ground as the light finally faded. The monster king and the Nova Core had become one single being. Now he had become one with the universe and it's infinite might. Now he had become Nova Godzilla.
